Evans Family Dental

It is our goal to make your first visit and every subsequent visit the most positive and comfortable dental visit possible. Upon arrival you will be asked to fill out new patient paperwork in order to establish you as a patient of record at Evans Family Dental.

You will then be brought back to the treatment area. Whether your first visit is a New Patient Comprehensive Exam or an Emergency, please know that Dr. Evans and his staff will provide you with as much time as you may need to ask questions concerning your care.

We will provide as much information as you may need to aid you in any treatment decisions. Please feel free to ask for a tour of our office, we are very proud of it and enjoy showing it.
